Step One

Download and print the self-confidence Formula to read aloud with 'feeling' every morning. Please print this and tape it to your mirror, reading each line and looking into your eyes as much as possible. (left eye first, then right eye)

Step Two

Write out 10 things you are grateful for and really feel the frequency of gratitude. I am incredibly grateful for...

Step Three

Now It's Goal Writing and Autosuggestion time.

Write out your goal in present tense, include how much money you want to earn monthly or yearly. Write this goal out at least 6 times per day. (preferably 9 times per day or more) Remember to FEEL it and VISUALIZE the Goal Achieved.

Step Four

Play your goal and affirmations for 10 minutes on the "ThinkUp App" or a similar app that allows you to record your goal and affirmations and play them back on repeat.
