From Phillipa

"The most successful people in the world don't leave their mornings to chance. They design them with intention. This routine changed my life — and I know it can change yours too."

This is the exact morning practice Phillipa uses and teaches across all her programmes. It takes as little as 30 minutes and costs nothing — but the return on that investment is extraordinary.

The Practice

Your 8-Step Morning Routine

Each step builds on the last. Together they take 30–45 minutes and will transform the way you show up in every area of your life.

01

Download & Read the Self-Confidence Formula

Daily

Download and print the Self-Confidence Formula and read it aloud with feeling every morning. Print it and tape it to your mirror — reading each line while looking into your eyes as much as possible. Start with your left eye, then your right eye. Feel every word as you speak it.

Phillipa's tip: The more emotion and conviction you bring to this practice, the faster it rewires your subconscious mind.

02

Write Out 10 Things You Are Grateful For

5–10 minutes

Write out 10 things you are grateful for and really feel the frequency of gratitude. Don't just list them — feel each one deeply as you write it. Begin each line with: "I am incredibly grateful for..." The more emotion you bring to this practice, the more powerfully it shifts your energy and opens you to receive more.

Phillipa's tip: Gratitude is one of the highest frequencies you can hold. Feel it in your body, not just your mind.

03

Definite Chief Aim

5 minutes

Read your Definite Chief Aim aloud — your single most important goal, written in the present tense as if it is already achieved. Napoleon Hill taught that repetition of your chief aim programmes your subconscious mind to work towards it even while you sleep.

Phillipa's tip: If you haven't written your Definite Chief Aim yet, this is your first step.

04

Play Your Goals & Affirmations — ThinkUp App

10 minutes

Play your goals and affirmations for 10 minutes on the ThinkUp App — or a similar app that allows you to record your goals and affirmations in your own voice and play them back on repeat. Hearing your own voice affirm your goals is one of the most powerful tools for reprogramming your subconscious mind.

Phillipa's tip: This is Phillipa's favourite app. Record your affirmations in your own voice for maximum impact — your subconscious responds powerfully to the sound of you.

05

Affirmations with Emotion

5 minutes

Speak your affirmations aloud with conviction and feeling. The subconscious mind responds to emotion — not just words. Stand tall, breathe deeply and say them like you mean every single one. "I am confident. I am worthy. I am enough."

Phillipa's tip: Use Phillipa's Lovely Affirmations book as your daily guide.

06

Visualisation

5–10 minutes

Close your eyes and vividly see your goals as already achieved. Where are you? What are you wearing? Who is with you? How does it feel? The more detail and emotion you bring to your visualisation, the more powerfully it works.

Phillipa's tip: Napoleon Hill called this "the workshop of the imagination" — use it daily.

07

Movement & Energy

10–20 minutes

Move your body to raise your energy and prime your nervous system for a high-performance day. This doesn't need to be an intense workout — a brisk walk, stretching, dancing to a song you love. The goal is to feel alive in your body.

Phillipa's tip: Even 10 minutes of movement changes your entire state for the day.

08

Set Your Daily Intention

3 minutes

Choose one word or one intention for the day. Not a to-do list — a way of being. "Today I am focused." "Today I am bold." "Today I choose joy." Write it down and return to it whenever you feel pulled off course.

Phillipa's tip: Record your daily intention in your Daily Wins Diary each morning.

"

What if you stopped trying to manifest…

and started living as if it was already done?!

— Phillipa Vincent

Learn how to embody the version of yourself that already has the life you want — love, wealth, clarity, confidence, and freedom. It's not about doing more.

It is about being more.

What if everything you've ever wanted wasn't something to attain or strive for...

But something to remember that you already have?

For most people, manifestation becomes yet another 'technique' they strive to master. They compose the affirmations. They stick to the routines. They make vision boards and chant mantras.

Despite all of this effort, nothing really changes.

That's because most people are stuck in what's known as a

"manifesting state"

— characterised by trying, hoping, and waiting.

The Science Behind It

Rooted in Napoleon Hill's Principles

Definiteness of Purpose

Napoleon Hill identified this as the starting point of all achievement. Your morning is the perfect time to reconnect with your purpose before the world pulls you in every direction.

Auto-Suggestion

Repeating your affirmations and chief aim aloud each morning is the practice of auto-suggestion — feeding your subconscious mind the beliefs you choose to hold.

The Mastermind

Your morning routine is a private mastermind with your highest self. Guard this time fiercely — it is the most important meeting of your day.

"

First comes thought; then organisation of that thought into ideas and plans; then transformation of those plans into reality. The beginning, as you will observe, is in your imagination.

— Napoleon Hill
